Digital Marketing Manager

**Key responsibilities**:
Develop digital marketing strategies and content plans
Research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms and tools
Keep accurate records of SLA and retainer time allocations;
ensuring that allocations are utilised and not overspent
Administration of the agency's digital marketing software, tools, licences, Meta business manager, etc. including full administration and user management
Set up, implement and oversee editorial guidelines of all digital marketing profiles
Set up, manage, track, optimise and report on digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, taking responsibility for adherence to budgets
Prepare and present accurate reports and presentations on organic and paid digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta, Hootsuite, etc.
Oversee all digital marketing promotions, competitions, giveaways, etc. to ensure compliance
Manage the POPIA compliance of all digital marketing databases
Lead digital marketing team, including setting and managing individuals’ KPIs
Oversee team’s performance and assist when necessary with scheduling and engagement of social media content
Oversee team’s performance and assist when necessary with website content population and management, working closely with SEO specialist if required
Oversee research and social listening of clients’ industries, competitors, etc.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 10 years working experience in digital marketing, and preferably in an agency environment
Minimum five years management experience
Strong leadership skills
Creative thinker
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional analytical ability
Sound experience and knowledge of Google, and Meta
Sound experience and knowledge of the WordPress dashboard
Previous experience working on Magnetic and Hootsuite or similar tools advantageous
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
