**We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator for our client in the Automotive Industry based in Kempton Park.**
**Duties**:

- **Customer/Sales relationship building**
***:
- **Preparation of approval letters and distribution of approval letters to sales/clients**
***:
- **Preparation of Contracts (deal specific). Forwarding of contracts to sales/client and ensuring return of signed contract from client**
***:
- **Preparation of Supporting Security Documentation**
***:
- **Working closely with finance department to prepare and update client reconciliation of accounts**
***:
- **Facilitating the signing of term sheets/contracts by the Executive Board of Directors**
***:
- **Updating and timely distribution of Department Reports**
***:
- **Ensure to maintain an efficient filing system, filing to be up to date**
***:
- **General administrative duties**
***

**Responsibilities**:

- **Matric Certificate**
***:
- **Finance/Accounting Qualification**
***:
- **Strong Software skills (Microsoft Office)**
***:
- **Minimum 2-3 Years’ previous experience in similar role**
***:
- **Code 08 licence**
***:
- **Analytical skills with numbers**
***:
- **Legal background on Contractual documentation**
***:
- **Basic understanding of Compliance/FICA/Data protection**
***:
- **Read and Write in English**
***:
- **Confident and proactive approach
- anticipates issues and requirements**
