Implementing the safety strategy for area of responsibility in the Region
- Ensuring SHEQ compliance is achieved at AECI Water and customer sites
- Cultivate a positive safety culture within team and changing people’s behaviour towards safety
- Deliver on sales budget by managing growth of Base Business as well as identifying and qualifying Project Purpose opportunities
- Manage profitability of Base Business through effective tracking and forecasting
- Acquire in depth understanding of customer operations and processes
- Ensure Business Excellence is implemented at accounts as well as Large Account Management Program to generate future growth and account retention
- Develop a good working relationship with the Key Buying influences at each area of operation
- Conduct regular review meetings with customer at various levels of operation
- Maintain an excellent, regular communication and collaboration link with all the AECI Water organizational departments

**Qualifications &
Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Chemistry or Sales and Marketing
- 3 to 5 years related work experience
- Proven record in customer account management
- Extensive knowledge in cooling and boiler water treatment, liquid/solid separation, influent/effluent and membrane technologies
- Proven track record on delivering on sales budget and profitability
- Commercially sound and Customer Centric for effective customer relationships
- Computer literate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
