Our client based in Tygervalley requires an Accounts Payable Clerk This vacancy offers a career opportunity to an individual, who is driven by attention to detail in processing and is motivated by deadlines.
**Description**:
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):
Accounts Payable:
Ensure Accounts Payable procedure is followed from receipt of invoice until payment of invoice - daily Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timeous, accurate payments - monthly.
Knowledge of the KPA’s mentioned.
Attention to detail when processing
MS Office and Accpac preferable
Good communication &
interaction skills withpeople on all levels in the organization
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
Problem Solving skills
**Education Profile**:
Matric
2-3 years
Accounting work experience is required, ideally in a FMCG environment.
A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
