**Salary offer (OTE)**:
R18 000 - R46 000 (depending on experience)
**Remote position**:
This role will require you to cover **weekends and UK bank holidays** when necessary based on the team’s rotation schedules.

Growth Hub is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Accounts Payable individual to join our client based in the UK.
The role, working directly with a hyper growth luxury item sourcing company, needs someone who will take ownership, be agile and be a specialist in margin, taxes and pricing accuracy.
This role is well suited for someone who has an agile and flexible attitude, is curious by nature and enjoys challenging processes with new ideas. The individual needs to feel comfortable working independently and remotely, and must be a hands-on person. **WHAT WILL WE NEED FROM YOU?**
**Accounts Payable**
- Support with SO raising and amending, aiming at providing full and accurate info from the start across numerous checks (e.G. margin, shipping, all fees and VAT)
- Manage and be accountable for order-level margin, taxes, overall pricing accuracy (local VAT, company fee, shipping fee, duties, dangerous fee.)
- Process high volume purchase invoices, including returns in an accurate and timely manner for stock related transactions
- Identify, review, and resolve purchase price and stock variances
- Understand and leverage NetSuite process flows to manage orders end to end from Purchase Declarations check, to purchases billing until fulfilment and beyond (raising credit memos to clients and supplier refunds)
- Reconciliations, include bank, credit cards, client accounts including customer deposits
- Reviewing RA &
VRA pending items and open POs
**Compliance Ownership**
- Own policies knowledge, acts as compliance ambassador and gatekeeper with the other teams
- Own compliance report running on NetSuite and action items pre-emptively to eliminate blockers from the start
- Review documents received for VAT compliance and ensure this is correctly recorded and updated in NetSuite
**Collaboration with Sourcing Team**
- Support Sourcing dept. By monitoring blockers and by enabling their timely, pre-emptive resolution
**Operational Support**
- Confident with implementing operational processes and products into daily practices
- Support in identifying areas of improvements and contributing to operational development
**Communication**
- Follow up on the relevant requests with the proper stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience or a very similar role
- Experience in a high volume, data processing role
- Understanding of UK/EU VAT and US states tax regulations
- (Desirable) Retail or e-commerce industry experience with exposure to multi-currency preferable
- Technical experience with Slack, G-Suite and Excel, and NetSuite
- Fully equipped to work remotely.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multi-tasker and good at meeting deadlines
**Salary**:
R18,000.00 - R46,000.00 per month
