Administration Clerk RequiredA recycling company in Jacobs, Durban requires anadministration clerk. Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Communicate with customers and supplier
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, anddatabases
- Handle incoming and outgoing Office correspondence
- Compile and maintain records of Office activities and businesstransaction
- Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes ordictation
- Manage workschedules, calendars, and appointments
- Takeinventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed
- Performbasic bookkeeping including the collection, counting, and disbursement of money
- Prepare invoices, checks, and contract
- Supervise and direct the work of lower-level clerks
