**Job Advert Summary**:
RAINBOW is on the hunt to recruit for an Administration Clerk to join our Processing P2 Plant in KZN. The role will be based in Hammarsdale and reporting to the Processing Manager. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and to work with cross functional teams.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with relevant numeric.
- Relevant diploma and or degree would be an advantage.
- 2 years relevant experience in a store or warehouse.
- Relevant SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Computer Literate.
- Strong people management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proactive.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Receiving**
- Receive all stock item and or deliveries in a compliant and timely manner with the and necessary documentation.
- Capturing of all stock item and deliveries within the standard process and
- Ensure Administration compliance against established procedures and Company
- Ensure shift receiving bay reports are consolidated and submitted timeously.
- Ensure overtime reports and timesheets are submitted on time.
- Capture production figures on daily reports.
- Ensure all stock has serial
- Ensure ordering of stationery is done timeously.
- Participate on monthly stock take.
- Take and keep records for all meeting minutes.
- Administer all paperwork and delivery notes from the farms as per defined procedures.
- Ad Hoc Administration file and safeguard records within area of
- Compile ad hoc spread
**Safety and Security**
- Comply with applicable company policies including those pertaining, but not limited to health, safety, environment, risk and quality, including HACCP/ISO.
- Ensure that NCSa and CARs are updated and shared with the team.
- Ensure that Safety investigations are updated and shared with the team.
- Conduct housekeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures.
**Effective Teamwork and Self-Management**
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritising, and self-development.
- Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately
