**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To render a professional funeral arranging service, to meet client requirements in order to maximize the profit and turnover of the branch.**
1. Funeral Arranging Meeting - meet with the families of the deceased to discuss funeral arrangements and requests.
2. Analyse monthly financial performance and determine any discrepancies
3. Compare actual budget vs budgeted figures
4. Determine whether action plans were sufficient
5. Discuss variance with superior and revise action plans
6. Ensure all debtors are authorised according to the companies credit policy
7. Online purchasing system - sign off the purchase order / requisitions etc.
8. Stock control - monthly stock taking must be done manual and reconciled with DovesNet stock level report
9. Asset control - update asset register on a monthly basis
10. Marketing
11. New business policy sales
**Minimum Requirements**:
1. Matric
2. Valid Driver’s license
3. 3 years’ experience in a funeral arranging role will be advantageous
4. Sales and Marketing experience
