MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural Degree and or Diploma with agronomy and or horticulture being advantageous.
Previous farm experience with berries essential
Min of 4 years previous on farm working experience inthis field
Proven experience working in tunnels and berries.
Proven ability to identify disease and advise on control essential.
Ability to work independently and well within a team.
Proven experience running the day-to-day supervision of a farm including planning forecasting and people management
Any packhouse experience high advantageous.
Computer Literate
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Valid passport and Valid driver's license
