Attorney (Commercial Law and Labour Law)
**Well established and fast-growing law firm in Pretoria East is looking for an Attorney specializing in Labour Law and Commercial Law to join their team.**
**Minimum requirements**:
- LLB degree
- Must be an admitted attorney with a minimum of 2 - 5 years' post article experience
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Commercial Law, with a focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Labour Law (with experience in CCMA)
- Knowledge of Ghost Practice is beneficial but not essential
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write and speak)
