Barista

Popular Game Lodge in the Klerksdorp, North West area is looking to hire an experienced Barista for their restaurant.
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking drink orders
- Prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
- Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
- Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Keep track of stock and assist in placing orders
- Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
**QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- High School (matric) (required)
- Hospitality:
2 years (preferred)
- Basic Barista experience
- Computer literate
- English/Afrikaans proficiency
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**:
R50,400.00 - R70,000.00 per year
