Branch Operations Manager Manufacturing
Delmas - Mpumalanga - South Africa
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be required to manage the entire operation. Lead and manage all administrative duties and staff within the operation. Included in your KPI's you will be required to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that production runs smoothly and with minimum downtime. This will include ensuring the maintenance of all machinery, parts ordered and maximum stock levels are maintained. Ensure the business functions and processes run smoothly and report to the Head Office.

Qualification
- Essential that you reside or live within close proximity of Delmas
- Minimum of 5 years of similar Senior Management experience
- Manufacturing/Building sector experience
- The ability to multitask with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and growing the customer base
- Above-average customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Labour relation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office and Pastel
- Code 08 driver's licence and own vehicle
