**purpose**:
To provide expertise, advice, and support to enable the alignment of business strategy by translating it into operational implementation plans, associated operating processes or solutions to continuously enhance service delivery, decision making and business efficiency
**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree in Business Management or Financial Management
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Additional Knowledge - Knowledge andunderstanding of Private Banking products service and engagement models
- Data Analysis
- Programme and projectmanagement
- Knowledge of technicallandscape and system architecture
- Advanced Excel andPowerPoint knowledge
- Processefficiency and documenting
