Currently we are searching for a Call Center supervisor for Durban, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities.
Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.).
Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
Ensures the department is fully equipped to handle the work load and distribute work flow.
Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses.
Coaches to ensure a full understanding of consequences of errors.
Ensures appropriate staffing and action accordingly.
Assisting with the implementation of improved procedures and systems.
Prepare reports for upper management or different departments.
**Requirements of this Post**:
Bachelor degree holder.
Four years experience as call center supervisor.
Good interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
Maintains high levels of integrity...
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
