**POSITION:
Junior Call Centre Agent**
**AREA:
Pietermaritzburg**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric / Grade 12
- No Criminal Records
- Previous Call Centre Experience
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well in a team
- Ensure that client is updated on call status
- Ensuring that call logging is done in accordance
- Preparation of documentation for invoicing purposes
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is
- Utilising the ticketing system and ensuring that tickets are updated and closed on the system
- Be open to participate in ad hoc tasks
- Adhere to a strict working hours and maintain punctuality
- Be willing to learn new skills when the business requires
