Call Out And Maintenance Team Leader

The employee is responsible for service calls, including but not limited to call outs, maintenance, maintenance quotes and call outs quotes.
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management
- Liaise with clients, sales, and staff timeously
- Assisting in quotations derived from call outs and maintenance sites.
Upselling of degraded sites
- Provide/schedule adequate training to staff and clients
- Delegate responsibilities to call out and maintenance staff
- Review all work produced by call out and maintenance staff
- Allocation of resources to call out and maintenance staff
- Conduct performance reviews, identify areas of improvements, and give feedback and recommendations for promotions and salary increases of call out and maintenance staff.
- Motivate call out and maintenance staff
- Set and maintain technical standards and standard operating procedures
- Request and attend training provided to keep abreast of latest technologies.
- Provide remote support to clients and staff.
Escalate problems with supplier and take ownership
