- Drive and ensure development / implementation and review of operational procedures within the staff assisted channel**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the required teams to develop, prioritise, execute and optimise channel performance in terms of processes and systems
- Oversee reporting / planning and implementation of:
- Service Standards
- Retentions
- Customer Experience
- Customer Journeys
- Enablement priorities with stakeholders within business and the rest of the bank
- Guide and partner with CX to deliver best in class customer experience
- Measure client satisfaction, improve service, gathering feedback from clients and other stakeholders and taking corrective actions based on feedback received.
- Contract management assistance of off license providers
- Adherence to the way of work for onboarding of new intermediary partners
- Ensure all advisors have completed the required product accreditation
- Support on management and administration of supplier contracts in accordance with the NI contract management and vendor matrix process (intermediary agreement, outsourced agreements, binder agreements and referral agreements)
- Support efficiency and effectiveness in the business and the team
- PI Planning for system enhancements
- Change Management of new initiatives landing in the channel
- Sales drives / campaigns
- Assist in compiling and logging of change request for channel
- Support performance and compliance to all sales processes and procedures
- Identify performance gaps per channel and suggest ways to close these gaps
- Contribute to requirements analysis and report finding with proposed solutions
- Process design, development, and implementation
- Assistance with systems upgrade design and specification drafts - Websure / Insurer Collect
- Managing of Broker Codes and Marketing Structure
- Management information:
- Responsible for co-ordination and delivering of monthly performance packs.
- Review and interpret insurance management information
- To drive and or assist in Insurance projects when required
- Adhoc committee
- Driving fixed within the channel
- Ensuring necessary training and communication is done internally
- Stakeholder team is aware
**People Specification**
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Preferred Qualification- FAIS representative (RE 5)- Essential Certifications- Preferred Certifications- Minimum Experience Level- 5 years Management experience**Technical / Professional Knowledge**
