**REQUIREMENTS**:
Receipt and assessment of all motivations and treatment plans for oncology treatment (chemo
- and radio-therapy) in accordance with the Scheme rules and current protocols.
Telephonic and written interaction with all members and providers.
Active monitoring of the in hospital cases
