Purpose of the Position
- To ensure collections targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times. To ensure that all members are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement.
Key Performance Areas
- Effectively attend to debtor-s book to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum
- Maintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department
- Utilise various methods of correspondence such as., fax, post etc.
- To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure
- Resolve matters effectively and improve collection figures
- Ad hoc duties where required
