REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Customer Service or Collections Experience
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Solid technical knowledge and ability and thorough understanding of contact centre operations
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - enabling you to build a
- strong rapport with our members
- Demonstrate experience at excelling in a collections position with strong negotiation skills
- Confidence to manage own workload and any issues professionally and calmly
- Compliant - understand laws and regulations
- Driven - never accepting less than 100% to goal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising customers of outstanding payments an creating suitable payment arrangements in a customer centric manner
- Meet and exceed the customers expectation
- First call resolution
- Adaptability to change
- Keeping up-to-date and accurate records of member contact to ensure
- commitment to any follow up required and smooth liaison with internal
- departments for timely resolutions
- Working in a positive and co-operative manner with colleagues to solve member
- issues and champion the needs of the member
- Ensuring members are comfortable and have a full understanding of the various
- processes which can feel complex and uncertain for them
- Ability to work in a team orientated environment
- Taking ownership and driving your own performance to meet set KPI's
- Resilient to change
- Working to standard
- Building rapport with customers
