Events/ Banqueting Floor Supervisor - MP**

As our **Conferencing &
Events Floor Supervisor, **you are an inspiring, empowering and results-orientated leader with a passion for service excellence whilst maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
While facilitating the communication and implementation of deliverables and forecasted events and business, you will consolidate and track timelines, plans, and cost estimates for various events in consultation with multiple team members. Naturally, part of your role will be to delight our guests by offering trendsetting and innovative ideas and outstanding service experiences. You will assess and manage venue inventory to evaluate event business across conferencing and event facilities and maximise revenues while ensuring staff are trained and can offer world-class service to our guests.
Leading a team of people, encouraging teamwork and personal accountability, and promoting staff engagement and retention will be part of your duties. Aside from this, you will manage staff processes such as personal presentation, recruitment, performance and conduct.
To be successful, you have a **Matric Certificate** with **a relevant tertiary qualification** from a recognised South African or International Educational Institution would be advantageous. A minimum of **3 years’ experience in a similar role **in a busy, high-demand environment will see you far in this role.
