We are looking to hire a** Content Marketing Specialist** to develop engaging content to drive user acquisition and growth across our Higher Education &
teacher professional development offerings.

**What does the role entail?**
The Content Marketing Specialist at Instill Education will be responsible for building and managing the media brand arm, as well as supporting the product, sales, and account-based marketing teams. This includes developing and executing a content strategy, crafting and delivering engaging content that serves the educator ecosystem across multiple digital platforms, and overseeing the production of all content-related materials.
More specifically you will;
- Work closely withthe Head of Brand and Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Instill Education's media brand arm, aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
- Manage the creation and production of all content-related materials, including video series, podcasts, blog posts, articles, social media posts, infographics, and more.
- Work with internal teams, designers, agencies, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content.
- Support the product and sales teams with go-to-market strategies and delivery by crafting messaging, sales templates, and other content.
- Analyse website traffic and social media engagement metrics to track the performance of content and make necessary adjustments to the content strategy.
- Work with the marketing team and digital marketing agency to promote and distribute content through various marketing channels.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a content-related role, such as content writer, editor, content strategist, or media manager/producer.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
**Bonus points**:
- Experience working in the education sector or producing education-related media and/or content.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and account-based marketing
