To perform the Contracts Administration function thereby ensuring that the majority of the procurement of materials and services are done via contracts 4 3 2 Position Outputs - Receive and stamping of tenders after closing date and compiling a list of all tenders received Receiving Scope of work and evaluation criteria before tenders are sent out to the requestor Preparation of the RAC packs for the RAC members and set out meetings for the council Reconcile tender submissions with tender specifications and evaluation criteria Preparation of submissions for approval before the contract is signed Monitor contract utilisation that are on SAP Monitor delivery and termination of contracts Notify departments and buying managers timeously regarding the termination of contracts Scheduling the RAC meetings and boardroom Maintaining the Contracts Lifecycle Management CLM database Ensure that all other administration functions within contracts and standards section are undertaken and completed in a timely and efficient manner Fax and keep a record of Supplier Evaluation forms for use by the Procurement Department in Head Office 4 3 3 Qualifications and Experience Certificate Diploma Supply Chain Commercial Logistics 2 Years Experience 4 3 4 Knowledge Required SAP knowledge RAMIS Knowledge Computer Skills Contracts procedures Purchasing procedures Port operations Technical support Kindly forward CVs to liezln affirm co za
