Control Room Operator

Requirements:
NB:
Grade A/ B is a must.
CCTV certificate is a Must.
Grade 12 is a must.
NB:
Driver's license with at-least 4 years experience driving on national roads
All Documents must be certified.
Police clearance less than 5 Months is a must
SALARY:
PSIRA 2023 Grade B basic Salary
**Duties**:
- Data capturing (Reports and Incidents)
- Daily CCTV and other system checks (ensure all cameras and monitoring systems are fully functional)
- Filing of relevant documentation
- Communicating relevant information regarding movements on and offsite.
- Communicate with armed response and field supervisors regarding detailed information where needed.
- Ensure familiarity with all the monitoring systems deployed in the control room
- Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional and that internal customers receive exceptional service.
- Ensure that control room equipment is looked after and kept in good working order and that damages or equipment failures are reported to the Site Manager immediately.
- Ensure that technical requests for assistance are well coordinated and communicated.
- WhatsApp groups are updated per shift
- Any Related duties not mentioned.
- Easy Roster experience.
- Competency needed.
**Salary**:
From R6,000.00 per month
