Purpose Statement
- Support the AV Studio with coordination of projects relating to the studio to ensure quality standards are met.
- Be responsible for the management of JIRA ? improving workflow and reporting.
- Manage the implementation of Digital Signage to branches Experience Min:
- At least 1-2 years? experience in a marketing and/or production environment
- Coordinating production campaigns, projects and activities
- Coordinating administrative processes, including budget control Ideal:
- Production experience in the film industry would be a major advantage Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Arelevant tertiary qualification in Project Management
- A relevant qualification in Production / Film Knowledge Min:
- A background in production
- Project Management best practice/Agile and tools. JIRA and Confluence
- Any relevant film industry related experience
- Understanding of the advertising and creative process Skills
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Numerical Reasoning skills
