As a Corporate Finance Professional, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on strategic financial matters. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and providing recommendations for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions. Your expertise and insights will contribute to our clients' success and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct financial analysis and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Perform due diligence and assess the financial viability of transactions
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuations to support decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and risk management, to execute transactions
- Communicate and present financial analysis to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and advice
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and capital markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling and using financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
