Credit Operations Supervisor: Collections

We are looking for someone to lead, guide, develop, support, and manage a team of Collectors while ensuring that key performance requirements are achieved and delivered in line with operational requirements, processes, and systems.

**Qualifications and Experienc**e
- Matric
- **Previous supervisory experience (minimum of 3 years)**:
- Essential to have experience and knowledge of Vision Plus, as well as experience in a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required.

**Working Hours**:
The call centre hours is Mon - Saturday 7.30 - 19.30
The supervisor will work either the early or late shift on a rotation basis.
Off Saturdays, are also on a rotation basis

**Salary**:
R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
