Creditors Clerk - Wholesale & Retail

F and G Sourcing Specialist is assisting a reputable FMCG Distribution client that is seeking a skilled Creditors Clerk to join their company that is based in Mobeni, Durban.
**Salary**:
R18 000 per Month
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12, preferably with Accounting and Mathematics
- **5- 6 years’ experience doing full function creditors as a Creditors Clerk**:
- **Must come from the retail and wholesale industry**:
- At least Intermediate levels knowledge and skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Knowledge of Kerridge software advantageous
- Experience with Accounting software packages essential
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Working experience with sundry’s - negotiation on increases
- Working experience with suspense accounts
- Working experience with transporters
**Responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation and payments
- Capturing invoices on Kerridge
- Negotiation of sundry increases with Suppliers
- Collating of group documents
- Consolidated factored payment runs
- Maintain and review suspense accounts in respect of goods in suspense, outstanding order reports, and transport suspense
- Handle all creditors related queries
**Hours**:
- Mon
- Fri 8.00 am -5.00 pm
- Alternate Sat 8.00 am -1.00 pm
- Alternate PH 9.00 am -1.00 pm
**Salary**:
R12,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
