Salary:
Negotiable per month PLUS Commission
**Responsibilities**:
- Client liaison.
- Support sales teams nationally.
- Database calling:
actively contribute towards updating the database.
- Escalate account queries and pass on sales leads as per SOP.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure leads were actioned.
- Assist customers with international loyalty programme registrations.
- Maintain daily call statistics.
- General administration.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12, relevant courses
- 1 - 2 years gained in a Sales or Customer Service environment
- Proficient in Word and Excel, ERP software exposure advantageous
- From the area, reliable transport
