Our Client is looking for a Customs Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities of the position will be as per the below:
Dealing in Customs:
Direct selling of CDZ to existing and target customers:
Supports Sales in upselling existing forwarding customers with CDZ:
Performs market analysis for Customs Product:
Initiates development of products that meet market demand:
Supports in solution design and implementation for customs requests:
Interacts with customers, supports negotiations and presentations:
Preapre and release planned sales calls. Report activities, quotes, sales, calls and other information through CRM:
Responsible for budgeted growth in new and additional business:
Secure / Collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer:
Respond to customer enquiries / complaints:
Responsible for closing business by connecting a customers needs:
Uses Networks within the various sales channels within the company to collaborate on customers, marketing staregies and offers a full supply chain of services to service customer needs:
Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations:
Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms
