Debtors / Collelctions Agent

**Purpose of the job**:
To offer continual member support, by building rapport and obtaining set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
**Key Results Areas include:
- To ensure that the daily call target is obtained
- Administrative requirements are updated daily
- Offer member client service
- Ability to multi-task
- Work on designated campaigns
- Handle CRM queries
**Experience &
Competencies**:
- Matric
- Ability to work alternative weekends
- Computer literate
- Minimum of one (1) year debt collections experience
- Customer Service
- Experience on Excalibur preferred
