Position Title **:
Digital and Delivery Manager**
Reporting to **:
Initiatives Projects Manage**r
**Job Purpose**
The role is accountable for designing and implementing strategy to drive the growth and expansion of RF digital offerings with aggregators and 3rd party delivery service providers. The Delivery Manager will work across the whole portfolio of digital services as well as the underlying technologies supporting them. The role works collaboratively with all parts of the business including relationships with outside service providers to ensure Digital and delivery contributes to the achievement of RF strategic objectives.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED.**
- High School Certificate (Matric).
- Tertiary education in the relevant field - IT/Digital/Marketing.
- At least 3 or more years’ experience in similar role.
- Working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- Self-Management.
- Ability to influence teams.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Understanding the QSR/FMCG hospitality industry.
- Numerate, logical, organised, flexible and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
- E-commerce technology and digital marketing.
- Cross platform integration.
- App development and features.
- Supply chain and demand management experience.
- User testing and deployment life cycle management.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:
**Digital and delivery strategy and growth**:
- Design and implement the Digital and delivery strategy.
- Innovation on achieving growth requirements.
- Monitor performance - ensuring commitments are kept.
- Analyse RF digital and delivery results and design and implement remedial actions where necessary.
**Manage service providers**:
- Design service provider Metrics to monitor performance and keeping all parties accountable.
- Accountable for maintaining strategic relationships with digital and delivery service providers.
- Source and engage new service providers where required.
- Designing and implementing reports from service providers to track accountability and performance.
**Digital and delivery Innovation and cross functionality**:
- Remain up to date with latest technologies and solutions.
- Communicate best practice guidelines for digital and delivery channels to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all aspects of the business is up to date with the latest processes and procedures as required by YUM around digital and delivery channels.
