Direct sales coordinator
East Coast Radio is looking for a Direct Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager:
Direct, responsible for To provide general administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Management. Job Functions Media, Sales Industries Broadcasting / Transmitting, Media Specification Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Management Communicate with AM?s regarding proposals, bookings, order confirmations and missing material Assist AE?s in the completion of the creative process:
Submit creative briefs to scriptwriter Submit draft scripts for approvals Book Adfac for recordings Complete a weekly billing check to ensure that billing correlates with contracts Source audio from tracker when required Compile media schedules when required Meet with clients when required Print, bind and laminate documents when required Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system Liaise with the Mediamark Finance team to ensure effective account management Review all credit applications to ensure accuracy and provision of required detail Submit credit applications to Mediamark via email or fax, and the original copy to the ECR Sales Administrator Assist the Mediamark finance team and AE?s in collecting missing or additional information for credit applications/ approvals Follow up on account approvals Request pro-forma invoices for first time advertisers, or advertisers who not have an account with Mediamark Provide Mediamark with supporting documentation when requesting invoices Work with Media Mark regarding invoices and collection of debts from clients ? debtors Provide superior client service to all ECR clients Attend to client queries and provide point of contact and liaison with clients in the absence of Account Executives and Management To ensure Confirmation Contracts are sent to clients within 48-hours of booking received To ensure material is received in accordance with our traffic deadlines Assist in executing the Agency CRM Strategy Assist our CRM Officer when setting up for presentations and workshops Assist our CRM Officer in sending invitations or following up on RSVP?s when required Maintain an up-to-date client database To create accounts and contacts in the CRM database, and ensure they are updated timeously. Assist in the successful hosting and execution of the Brand Xpand program Prepare folders and paperwork for AE?s and Management, for each Brand Xpand session Print labels for guests Call all clients attending before each session commences, confirming their attendance and that they have accurate directions Usher guests to their AE?s on arrival Check all contracts and ensure it?s completed accurately Communicate all missing information with the AE and follow up to ensure it is received within 1-month post Brand Xpand Assist the Brand Xpand Project Manager with the allocation of weeks for the duration of the contract Requirements Educational Requirements Grade 12 Skills/Experience Requirements Code 08 Drivers License At least 2 years General administrative or relevant experience required Knowledge Requirements Computer (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ Outlook) Junior Secretarial/ Office support Office equipment (photocopier/fax machine/printer) Job Closing Date 19/02/2020 Please click on "Apply for job" below and follow the link to the online application form.
