Bachelors degree in business, direct marketing and sales or developmentequivalent preferred
5 years experience at a senior management level in an organisation, with evidence leading a team and being a member in a leadership team
5 years fundraising or direct selling experience
NPO experience preferred,sho wever, similar corporate sales leadership experience is acceptable
