**South Africa International Energy Control are looking to expand their team of Energy Advisors.**
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience in sales and client to client interaction.
- Experience in the Solar industry would be preferred.
- Must be a people’s person, able to manage the relationship with clients professionally
- Ability to take initiative.
- Process-oriented with strong admin and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to convey
Technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold
Calling, referrals, networking events, online research, and partnerships with local businesses.
Utilise CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
- Consultative Selling:
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs, evaluate their property's solar potential, and provide tailored solutions.
Present the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and
Potential government incentives.
- Sales Presentations:
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to educate
Customers about solar energy, explain the installation process, and address any concerns or
Objections they may have. Customise presentations based on the customer's specific
Requirements and energy consumption patterns.
- Proposal Development:
Prepare comprehensive and accurate proposals outlining the
Recommended solar system design, equipment specifications, financial analysis, and
Estimated return on investment.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Throughout the sales process and beyond. Provide excellent customer service, address
Enquiries, and manage post-installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster referrals.
- Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and project management, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation. Communicate customer requirements and provide necessary documentation for successful project execution.

- Cape Town, Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
