The upgrade of the Bruce Highway between Cooroy to Curra is a priority road project and is being progressed as part of the national highway network. It will provide a bypass east of Gympie and improve safety while reducing congestion. CPB Contractors will be delivering 18 kilometers of the new highway, realignments to local roads, 19 bridges, and a new interchange at Curra. Work on the project commenced mid-2021 and is scheduled to be completed in 2024. Your Opportunity:

Ensure that the Project complieswith all Contract and legal requirements in respect of the Project scope of responsibility for environmental management and sustainability Manage the effective implementation of the Project Environmental Management System to ensure the Project?s environmental and sustainability objectives are achievedEnsure effective adoption and implementation of sustainability and environmental practices and legislative requirements for the ProjectPromote and coordinate awareness of environmental mitigation measures and other regulatory requirements/obligations applicable to the ProjectAbility to contribute to a positive Safety, Health &
