**POSITION**:
Estate Agent
**LOCATION**:
Atlantic Seaboard - City Centre and surrounds
**SALARY**:
Basic R 10 000 per month + incentive of R5 000 to R15 000 p/sale
**Must have previous Real Estate Experience to apply**
**ABOUT THE BUSINESS**
Eazi Real Estate is a new way to sell property. We do everything a traditional real estate agent does and more for a low fixed commission fee. We built Eazi to solve the numerous problems with the way property is currently bought and sold. We use technology to make selling homes simpler and more efficient, but without removing the human touch where it’s needed.
**OPPORTUNITY AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
At Eazi Real Estate we have separated the different duties an Estate Agent performs. This position is more focused on the on-road sales duties such as conducting on site valuations and buyer viewings. Eazi agents have access to an in-office team to support them with the administrative duties such as drafting mandates, OTPs, marketing etc
Sourcing new listings is Eazi with our low fixed fee saving sellers thousands in commission fees.

**More specifically, you will be responsible for**:
- Prospecting for new and potential sellers
- Working closely with your administrative team that will assist with administrative functions
- Track buyer leads and record activity on CRM
- Present valuations to potential sellers
- Attend photography appointments where necessary
- Assist with media when professional media is not possible
- Placement of For Sale and Sold boards
- Schedule and attend Open Hour/showdays on new listings
- Respond to incoming buyer leads
- Arrange and attend viewing appointments with buyers and sellers
- Assist with buyer prospecting
- Provide buyer feedback to seller after viewing and record all feedback on CRM
- Where required, visit Seller/Buyer to complete/submit/accept Offer to Purchase
- Schedule and attend handover on occupation date
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Interest and experience in residential property marketing and selling, specifically residential housing
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and at least one other official SA language
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- Negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a lot of self-discipline
- Ability to work flexible hours which include working over weekends and after hours
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential property sales
- A valid driver’s license with own transport
