-Introduction

Role Purpose
Support a number of senior managers in their day to day activities, including anticipating and interpreting the requirements in terms of process management, project work and data management.
Requirements
- Appropriate qualification, undergraduate degree preferred
- 5 years relevant experience as an executive assistant to a senior manager/ executive in the financial services sector
- Highly proficient in MS office (excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Duties &
Responsibilities
Complete a variety of administrative tasks for the management team and their respective teams including, but not limited to:
- Coordinate all the day - to -day executive functions on behalf of the management team and their respective teams;
- Provide personal administrative and logístical support to the managers and their teams;
- Maintain an active calendar of appointments as well as management of internal and external meetings;
- Management of expense reports;
- Compose and prepare correspondence that may be confidential and sensitive;
- Maintain a team year planner;
- Coordinate and maintain communication between the managers' office, executive committee members, internal departments, and external stakeholders;
- Build and maintain relationships that are crucial to the success of the managers' initiatives and to the organisation as a whole;
- Coordinating and booking all travel requirements and travel logistics;
- Planning and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Answering phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Welcome visitors on behalf of the managers at all levels of seniority;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the managers.
