Pretoria - MEDICAL SCHEME IS RECRUITING FOR A EXECUTIVE STRATEGY AND RISK MANAGEMENT.Minimum Requirements:
NQF Level 9 Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Management/ Finance10 years experience in senior management in medical schemes or comparable environment8 years at senior management experienceThe incumbent will provide strategic leadership and expert contribution for the development of Scheme's Corporate Strategic Plan, Business Plan and EXCO Scorecards, by leading the strategic planning, strategy execution tracking, results monitoring and reporting across the Scheme.Significantly shape the development ofScheme's strategy and strengthen its sustainability through innovation and technology enablement by advising the EXCO of potential development opportunities.Lead improvements to effectiveness and efficiency of Scheme-wide business operations, define and drive critical partnerships, delivery planning, operational performance and continuous improvement through policies, processes and systems. This role fosters data analytics-led decision making, product design and member excellence through providing direction and oversight for Scheme's research capabilities.This role oversees and embeds a risk mana emanated combined assurance culture across the scheme.
