MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural Degree and or Diploma with agronomy, horticulture and or viticulture being advantageous.
Previous farm experience with table grapes and citrus
Min of 8 years previous on farm working experience in this field
Proven experience in all aspects of citrus and table grapes
Experience in large scale table gape production highly advantageous
Proven ability to identify disease and advise on control essential.
Ability to work independently and well within a team.
Proven experience running the day-to-day supervision of a farm including planning forecasting and people management.
Proven irrigation experience and being maintenance/mechanically orientated highly advantageous.
Any packhouse experience high advantageous.
Computer Literate
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Valid passport and Valid driver's license
