Head Office Retailer are on the hunt for to fill 2 roles:
**Finance Clerk** who has worked within the Banking or Treasury Department of a large corporate.
**Requirements**:
- Responsible for reconciling bank accounts and ensures accountability for each and every transaction passing through banking systems.
- Resolving queries and communicating with stores and the bank.
- Account for all monetary transactions on a timely basis
- Limit banking risks
- Reporting to the Banking Supervisor, the primary responsibility is to reconcile company bank and GL accounts and reporting all discrepancies.
- Ensure the correct documentation is collected from stores with regards to discrepancies.
**CRITERIA**:
- Matric plus solid work experience.
- **2-5 years’ experience in general finance processes including, inter alia, bank reconciliations, foreign currency translation and conversion, bank card queries, resolving bank discrepancies etc.**:
- Reconciliation of bank accounts experience across multiple organisations
- Very strong computer skills:
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Oracle Financials,
Business Online, new Business Online (Africa) and an appropriate bank reconciliation system.
- Ability to liaise with Local and Foreign Banking institutions and regulators
