Finance Director

**Key Activities**:
- Manages the finance team
- Performs standard financial reporting and ensures accurate and timely accounting
- Is responsible for closing of books and tax declaration
- Implements guidelines and ensures compliance as well as establishes controls
- Be single point of contact for country business support aspects
- Supports local business management in strategic financial decisions
- Submits forecasts ensuring consistency and compliance
- Perform standard financial reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and ad-hoc reports on

- Ensures quality in workflow execution for cost accounting (e.G. findings in revenue recognition)
- Declares tax, manages tax audits and optimizes/reduces tax burden
- Manages Working Capital and executes dividend/contribution policy
- Implements risk guideline and tracks risk management
- Builds business case and conducts scenario analysis in order to assist in investment decisions
- Implements accounting policies, limits, check client credit history
- Ensures compliance (IFRS, Local GAAP, local guidelines and laws)
- Maintain accurate+ timely order intakes, recordings/ CoA, fixed asset ledgers, and set policies and
Limits for A/R and A/P
- Check payments, bad debts regarding working capital management
- Ensure accurate transfer pricing handling
- Ensure legal requirements for customer contracts
Technical Competencies Required for High Performance in the Role:
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
**- Knowledge of strong finance operations knowledge**:
accounting, budgeting, and cost control
Principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

Qualification Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Finance
- Typically 10+ years' solid work experience with a demonstrated track record in a senior-level
