Flexi Supervisor - Ballito

The Flexi Supervisor is a permanent position of 28 hours guaranteed work a week with the option of being flexed up to 40 hours a week should the business require it. Flexis are offered a basic monthly salary + flexi hours (if applicable) + variable pay incentives based on the achievements of certain targets. Flexi's must be available to work weekends and be fully available during the festive season.
