Front Of House Manager - Luxury Game Lodge

Our client, a luxury game lodge, is looking for a Front Of House Manager to fulfil the front desk daily tasks and to co-ordinate the front of house team to ensure our guests have a memorable stay. You will be hosting meals and events, anticipating guests needs and facilitating the small touches that enhance the guest experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Hospitality Diploma beneficial with previous experience in similar role
- Benson or similar PMS skills required
- Excellent admin &
organisational skills
- Passion and care for guest experience
- Sound knowledge of SA Wines
- Excellent hygiene, pride in personal appearance &
presentation
- Leadership skills and experience in managing a small team
- Outgoing personality
- High standard of SOP delivery
- Excellent spoken and written English, good communicator
- Flexible, hands on, motivated
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS:
- Basic Salary R14 000 to R16 000 (the lower band is for fixed term period and max is for permanent contract)
- Medical Aid 50% company contribution on permanent contract
- Pension/Provident Fund 50% company contribution on permanent contract
- Accommodation provided - basic furnished, one bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, lounge
- Meal allowance on permanent contract
