With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.
Mascor is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive for our Toyota, Greytown branch to identify, consult and sell vehicles to fleet and commercial account customers and is responsible for business development, operations, sales performance results, and customer satisfaction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
A. **SALES**
I. Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
Ii. Generate new business opportunities.
Iii. Master how to get leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
Iv. Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
V. Complete all required documents on time.
Vi. Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
Vii. Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
Viii. Maintain acceptable profit margins. ix. Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
X. Execute the marketing plan as required.
Xi. Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
Xii. Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
Xiii. Maintain up to date knowledge of new products.
Xiv. Execute all year demonstration program.
B. **CUSTOMER SATISFACTION**
I. Attending to customer enquiries timeously
Ii. Overall CSI to be met iii. After sales contact to be at 100%
Iv. Develop new relationships within the community.

I. Min:
3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing
Ii. Ideal:
Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing
B. **Experience**:
I. 3-5 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales
