Job Purpose:
The Group Marketing and Enablement manager help to define best practices from a digital marketing and marketing perspective and create a center of excellence for the dealerships to connect to and leverage. They study the evolving customer base and the automotive retail market in the area to develop effective plans and strategies to drive commercial value.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification
5+ years of experience in a similar role

Job Description:
Take a lead from the group strategy developed by the Digital Executive and develop the implementation plan, milestones, etc
Alignment and Frequent engagement with digital transformation executives.
Establishes marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability;
A strong relationship with the marketing administrator (Brand and OEM)
Coordinate the dealership's advertising and promotional activities including digital and traditional.
Reporting on key group projects
System adoption in the dealerships;
Playbook adoption in all campaigns;
Benchmarking, viewership, profiles, etc
Develop social media standards for all dealerships and implement best practices with marketing administrators (OEM and brand) as well as the panelof digital agencies.
Develop programs to orientate around the systems at the group level
Coordinate the panel of digital agencies to service the retail requirements of the dealership.
Coordinate marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership products and/or services.
Engage with data analyst + align to data analyst strategy and support efforts in driving growth
For centralized campaigns - works with the brand agency to create and prepare all print advertising, radio, and TV commercials, billboards, direct mail pieces, news releases, and stories.
Communicates marketing efforts to all marketing administrators (Brand and OEM)
Researches, analyses, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity.
Communicates with marketing administrators (Brand and OEM) to keep abreast of customer attitudes, demographics, buying habits, etc.
Communicates with marketing administrators (Brand and OEM) and customers to determine their needs and interests.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy. Important Company this feedback to the digital executive
Seeks out and uses industry sources and consumer information.
Develops surveys and other marketing tools.
Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives achieve best practices and take corrective action when necessary.
Attends monthly manager's meetings.
