Head Barmen/Waiter Wnr2873m

We are looking to fill a Head barman / waiter position at a safari lodge in the Madikwe game reserve.
Job description:
- Head Barman (Mixing and pouring drinks)
- Stock takes
- Ordering of new stock
- Entering stock in the accounting system.
- Wine / Gin tasting and paring
- Head Waiter
- Setting up and clearing tables in restaurant area for meals.
- Recommending the best wine with meals combinations.
- Being able to take guests orders accurately.
- In charge of a 3-person team, making sure 5-star quality is maintained at all times.
- Liaising with guests
- Barista duties
The Safari lodge is a small intimate 5* lodge in the Madikwe game reserve. 99% of guests are foreigners, so applicant needs to be proficient in English. Applicant needs to be computer literate. Applicant needs to be a team player.
Package:
- Work cycles - 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
- R6000 - R7000 per month depending on experience.
