Head Of Finance

**Head of Finance **required for a reputable manufacturing company based in** Queenstown, Eastern Cape**
**Purpose**:
To carry out the full financial function including forecasting of financial results, stewardship of the Company’s assets and ownership of cash management, manage budgets and conduct risk management and drive day-to-day financial outputs i.E., financial reporting, profitability cost controls, pricing, and tax functions
**Requirements**:
- BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or Equivalent.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- SAICA registered.
- 2- 5 years of accounting experience (essential).
- 2 - 5 years management experience (essential).
- Experience in coaching and developing small/ medium size teams.
- Experience in working with Sales / Marketing Business, with the ability to establish relationships with Key Customers in trade.
- Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with MS Dynamics NAV
**Key Performance Areas**
- Review and sign off all monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations;
- Liaise with Managers and review their financial monthly performance;
- Prepare timeous consolidated financial management packs for monthly reporting to the CEO, Exco &
Board of Directors;
- Manage the annual budget process and timelines as per Exco;
- Diligently managethe group cashflow by actively monitoring bank accounts and maintaining necessary controls over income and expenditure;
- Manage and reviewsubmission/reconciliation of all statutory obligations comprising VAT/PAYE/UIF/SDL etc;
- Responsible for managing year-end financial audit and deliverables including external auditors;
- Provide financialtechnical support to the CEO with detailed knowledge of IFRS and relevant tax registration legislation;
- Prepare and compile relevant and meaningful information packs for relevant parties in a timeous manner;
- Compile and complete timeous and accurate internal and external reports
