Level 1 FAIS RepresentativesExperience
- Must have worked as a healthcare administrator for 2-4 years for a recognised employee benefits consultancy or medical scheme
- Discovery Health Medical Scheme experience is a necessity
- Computerliteracy:
Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerpointSkills
- High attention to detail
- Task oriented
- Good with interacting with clients
- Medical Scheme product knowledge
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English, second language an advantageJob specification
- Process paperwork
- Give Healthcare consultant and client feedback
- Facilitate billing process
- Facilitate service of third-party providers for group and individual clients
- Update reports
