Purpose of the Role To ensure all document and database administration is updated and managed and to perform the full HR function in the company Requirements Relevant HR Qualification MS Office 2 years HR Admin Recruitment experience Duties Recruitment Advertising positions as and when required Shortlisting candidates and submit to the recruiting manager for review Arrange interviews Obtain all documentation for each new employee and load it onto system Monthly reporting on candidates interviewed Liaison with various departments regarding required resources General Administration Preparation of employee contracts as required Coordinate signing loading and archiving of contracts HR Support General administration and record keeping Managing the HR Function in terms of disciplinaries staff performance timekeeping etc Any other ad hoc admin required
